Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Contact us at your earliest convenience and we'll do our best to help.

How long does shipping take? Most orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days, then shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days within the US.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select items — contact us for details.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

What is your return policy? If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.

Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size? Because our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we're unable to accept returns for sizing errors. Review our size charts before ordering. When in doubt, size up!

How do I start a return? Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

How do I find my size? Each product page includes a size chart. Our apparel runs true to size unless otherwise noted. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Are your garments unisex? Many of our tees and hoodies are unisex styles. Check the individual product page for fit details.

🖨️ Print Quality & Care

How durable is the print? Our designs are printed using high-quality DTG or sublimation printing through Printful. With proper care, prints are built to last.

How should I wash my apparel? Turn inside out before washing. Wash cold on gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron on the print. Do not dry clean.

Do you offer custom orders? Yes! We work with local Berkshire County businesses, schools, and organizations on custom apparel with no minimums on many styles. Contact us to discuss your project.
