Q. When will my order arrive?
A. We ship usually within 5 days and then standard shipping will take another 4-5 days. Local customers can call to arrange pick up.
Q. Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
A. Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to hours to update sometimes, especially around weekends or holidays. If you are not getting automatic updates,please contact us.
Q. Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
A. We can only accommodate that request within 4 hours of placing your order. Be sure to review your order and shipment times to help eliminate this. We understand that things happen in our lives. Contact us immediately if you need to to change or cancel your order. This provides all of us with a time stamp to help with the process.
Q. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Include your order number,description of issue and most helpful is a photo. Be sure to include whether you want a replacement or refund. The replacement will be shipped at no charge. Your refund will be documented and sent to you. Please remember that your bank of choice sometimes takes a little time to show the refund. We want to resolve issues quickly.
Q. Can I have a discount?
A. The answer is Yes. Easiest way to do this is to sign up for our e-mail list and you will get a first time discount as well as more in the future. Promise not to bombard your inbox.
Q. Will you help with fundraisers and community events?
A. Absolutely. Contact us if you have a fundraiser or charity event. Be specific on your ideas, wants ,needs and timelines and we can reply to you with a proposal. We can provide design assistance for free. Your local community events are important.
